
Dr. Richard Blackaby was the president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochrane, Alberta for 13 years. He continues his close relationship with the Seminary by serving as its Chancellor. Richard travels internationally speaking on spiritual leadership and the Christian life. Richard also works with his father, Henry Blackaby, in discipling Christian CEOs of Fortune 100 and 500 companies.

Tom Joyce serves as Pastor of Discipleship and Family at Immanuel Bible Church in Springfield, Virginia. Tom is a graduate of the Naval Academy and served over twenty years in the Naval Aviation Community including surviving the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the Pentagon, which included his office.

Randy Phillips is the founder and director of Passage. Randy served as a pastor for 15 years before he became the first president of Promise Keepers in 1991. Rod Cooper is Professor of Disipleship and
Leadership Development at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Dr. Cooper has held
positions at Denver Seminary, Western Seminary and served as the National Education
Director for Promise Keepers. He has been chaplain for both the Houston Astros and
the Houston Oilers. He is also the author of Double Bind and Journey from
