One of the highlights of Trinity's church calendar is our annual Church Family Retreat at Singing Hills in Plainfield. We're pleased to announce that our speaker this year 
(February 7-9) will be Dr. Darrell L. Bock, Professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. His particular areas of expertise include:
- gospel studies, especially the gospel of Luke (and its sequel, Acts)
- spiritual formation (it's not just about knowing the Bible)
- engaging the culture (Dr. Bock coordinates and hosts a weekly podcast on that general subject.)
You'll appreciate Dr. Bock's keen insight into both the Scriptures and the cultural issues, his easy manner, his sense of humor, and his contagious laugh.
