Trinity's God-given mission is to develop growing followers of Jesus throughout the earth. (Matthew 28:18-20) A healthy, growing Christ-follower increasingly exhibits five characteristics summarized by the following key verbs:

Reaching out, in word and in deed, to the lost in our community and around the world |
AACT |
Serving God in the body of Christ in accordance with our unique S.H.A.P.E.:

Connecting deeply with other believers in a way that promotes spiritual progress through encouragement, accountability, and “one another” ministries |
EEXALT |
Knowing God and loving Him with our whole being, in every area of life, and responding to who He is and what He has done |
Nobody except God can make someone grow. What we can do is set up a "greenhouse" environment that is favorable for growth to happen as Christ-followers participate and respond to the Lord’s work in their lives.
