Christmas Band Rehearsal Survey

We need to schedule two or possibly three rehearsals between now and Christmas Eve. Please indicate on the form below ALL the dates/times that could possibly work for you -- not just the ones that would be particularly convenient or preferred. (We're looking for common ground on 13 separate calendars, so we need everyone's most flexible availability.) We'll try to schedule one relatively soon when "most" of us can be there to run through the pieces, and another one closer to Christmas when ALL of us are available.
