Community Outreach

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’… ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ (Matthew 25:35-40)

Following both the example and the teaching of Jesus, we are not only intent on spreading his message, but also focused on being the "hands and feet" of Jesus, seeking to meet real needs, and showing God's love to our neighbors in practical ways.  Our ministries in the community include a Food Pantry that is available by appointment and pastoral care through North Country Christian Formation, as well as our individual efforts to meet the needs around us.
