Small Groups Can Get Bigger
Dear Trinity family,
I have two items for you here at the beginning of the week. It's not so much a long email but I'll be inserting some pictures so you might need to stretch out your scrolling thumb...
This is the final "Weird Herd Weekly" email that will come through the Mailchimp platform we've been using. From now on, this will come in the form of a blog post on our website (http://trinitybiblechurch.us). You'll see it by clicking on the "W.H.A.T's Up." That stands for What's Happening At Trinity. If you want to be notified on your phone when there's a new post, enable notifications on the TBC App.
If you're wondering how do I do that? Well...
1) Open the app and you will see this...
In the upper right hand corner, you can see my picture. That's because I've created a profile, logged into the app, and uploaded a photo. You can do that too. If you haven't (or if you just haven't uploaded a photo), it looks like this...
Please create a profile and log into the app. Whether you upload a pic doesn't matter but that way you can make the most of what it's designed to do.
Once you have, tap on your profile picture (either a photo or the generic profile pic you see above). That takes you to this screen...
Tap on "Notifications". That takes you to this...
Mine are green because I've enabled notifications both for general announcements and to be notified when there's a new W.H.A.T's Up Blog post. Do the same and you'll never miss out on an update!
As we get into the fall, I encourage everyone who is not part of a small group to jump into one. You can find our existing small groups by clicking here.
Several guys have asked about men's Bible study. If you are interested in being a part of an evening men's Bible study contact Jim Critchlow. If you are interested in being a part of a morning men's Bible study contact Bruce Wigton. As always, if you have any questions, please let me know.
Lastly, just a reminder that we have two adult Sunday school classes each week - Discipleship 101 and Your First Mission Field (what God has to say about the family).
