Brad Banks - Pastor
Brad is just beginning his ministry as pastor of Trinity Bible Church, officially starting in November 2022. His prior ministries include 14 years as lead pastor of a church he helped plant in McKinney, Texas, and 13 years on staff with Young Life in Ohio and Texas. He's a graduate of Miami University and Dallas Theological Seminary.
Brad and his wife Bree have two teenage sons and live in the community of Wilmot. He loves both kinds of football (American & European), smoking his own BBQ, national parks, and generally is happiest when with his family and some lobster by the water.
Not many people know…Brad has spent time at a jail in Russia and eaten horse in Kazakhstan.

Jim Critchlow - Elder
Jim relocated with extended family to Sutton in December 2020, from Rochester, NH. He and Melody immediately got involved in the small groups. The mission assigned to Jim by the LORD is to teach the Bible, help others derive the meaning, and experience Jesus Christ through discipling, teaching, training, leading & giving to Christ-followers in the church.
Jim enjoys cheering on “the Brave Old Army team” in all sports, interacting with the Critchlow, Grover, Pontbriand, MacDonald clans, and spending time with his wife-for-life.
Not many people know... Jim grew up on military bases throughout the US & Europe. He loves to travel to and help others encounter the LORD in the Promised Land.

Ken Huling - Elder
Ken and his wife Laurie began attending Trinity in 2008 during a job transition from Illinois, finally relocating and settling in Newbury in 2009.
Now retired after 47 years in Operations and Sales Management, Ken enjoys working and playing outdoors in all four seasons, especially boating and golfing. He and Laurie have been blessed with two daughters, two sons, all married, and 7 grandchildren who live in four different states. Ken has participated in Small Groups and served as a Deacon.
Not many people know- Originally from Rhode Island, Ken spent summer weekends boating and fishing on Narragansett Bay and still has the (old) family boat, which now ply’s the waters of Lake Sunapee and is being enjoyed by the fourth generation of Hulings.

Phil Sprunger - Elder
Phil came to Trinity in 2004, moving north from Charleston, South Carolina. He and his wife Sarah quickly became involved in leading the young adult ministry and helping with the nursery. Philip also joined in singing on the Praise & Worship team. In 2008, Philip had the opportunity to serve as one of three physicians on a short-term medical mission trip to Haiti.
Philip enjoys playing a mediocre game of basketball, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Not many people know... Philip grew up in Puerto Rico as a missionary kid before migrating north. This could help explain why he loves lobster, coconut flan, and barbecue.

Bruce Wigton - Elder
Bruce came to Trinity in 2021, retiring and moving north from Rhode Island. Bruce and wife Sandy soon got involved with small groups, first with an existing group, then later, in their own home. Bruce and Sandy came to Christ in the 1970’s and were very active in RI ministries. Bruce comes from an engineering background that started with Pontiac Motor division in the 1960’s in his home state of Michigan, then transplanting to the East coast in 1971. He and Sandy raised 5 children who are now all married and living up and down the East coast. They presently have 3 grandchildren.
Bruce enjoys sailing, all things boats, making things in his shop and fixing things. He also happens to be pretty well versed in most things mosquitoes, black flies and no-see-ums. He and Sandy enjoy cooking and entertaining in their home.
Not many know that Bruce was a marine construction superintendent early in his career and was responsible for building the granite breakwater on the NH Isles of Shoals between Star and Cedar Islands.
